BOARD MEMBERS

  • Keith Adams
    Chief Financial Officer, OpSource, Inc.
    Board Member

    Mr. Adams brings to OpSource 25 years of financial experience gained from holding executive positions at technology companies ranging from start-ups to global giants. His broad experience includes developing new business models, bringing companies public and raising debt and equity from private equity investors.
    Prior to joining OpSource, Mr. Adams was the chief financial officer at Andale, where he established their India operation with 200 employees. Mr. Adams was CFO at Appshop where he raised $24m of debt and equity. As VP of Finance at Centerbeam, he developed and implemented all financial policies, controls and revenue recognition for the business and assisted in raising $115m equity round. As Corporate Controller at RealNetworks, Mr. Adams assisted in taking the company public, and as Finance Director at Oracle, he managed financial duties for the Consulting Business with over 50 percent annual growth.

  • Dan Hudspeth
    Chief Financial Officer, Rally Software
    Board Member

    Dan is a seasoned CFO with strong financial relationships and more than 20 years of senior financial and operational management experience. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of Colorado for vcfo, a financial consulting services firm. While at vcfo, Dan was responsible for opening and developing the local market, building a team of 16 CFOs and Controllers as well as overall management of the Colorado practice. Prior to joining vcfo, he was the CFO for Displaytech, Inc., Allos Therapeutics, Genomica Corporation and Communications Systems International. His experience also includes leading all aspects of the IPO process for three companies, raising over $122M in public capital, participating in six separate private equity financings that raised over $54M in venture capital, and leading all aspects of several merger and acquisition transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side.
     
  • Sean Noonan
    Vice President, Finance, Clickability
    Board Member

    In his capacity as VP of Finance of Clickability, Sean is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, legal, and business operations. Sean focuses on developing Clickability's internal strengths, and plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic business direction. Prior to his current role, Sean led several other teams within the organization, including Software Development and Client Services, providing him with a well-rounded experience across multiple business units. Sean has prior experience as a member of Ernst & Young's eCommerce consulting team. Sean holds his B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

  • Joe Talley
    Partner, Deloitte & Touche
    Chair

    Joe is the Software Group leader for the Silicon Valley Technology Industry practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP and specializes in serving emerging publicly-held and venture-backed software companies. Joe has more than 25 years of private sector, audit, and consulting experience in several industries including technology and manufacturing. Joe's experience includes successfully assisting numerous companies with initial and secondary public offerings, '34 Act filings, and spin-offs and divestitures, as well as responding to SEC comments. Joe consults with his clients on revenue recognition policies, strategic relationships, and other transactions. His clients have ranged from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies.
