U.S. Department of Education's National Education Technology Plan - What does it mean for SIIA Members?
The Obama Administration released a draft National Education Technology Plan (http://www.ed.gov/technology/netp-2010), and requested public comment for the 60 days following the release. Karen Cator, Director of the Office of Educational Technology at the U.S. Department of Education, presented the plan with a focus on those findings and recommendations most specific to SIIA members. Questions from a panel of SIIA member reactors, and webcast participants were addressed.
