Dr. Billings is Vice-President of the Education Division. She began her career as a K-12 and Higher Education teacher and has over 20 years of Industry experience including working for a number of publishing companies (all SIIA members). She heads the Education Program Development team and directs the division's strategic initiatives.

Tasiyiwa Mapondera
Manager, Education Division
Ms. Mapondera is Manager for the Education Division. She manages member communications, the SIIA Ed Tech Daily, and the Division's projects and webcasts.

Mark Schneiderman
Director, Education Policy
Mr. Schneiderman is Director, Education Policy, in SIIA's Government Affairs team. He runs SIIA's education policy initiatives and programs and represents SIIA member interests before Congress and the federal and state governments on education technology policies, programs and regulations that impact technology at all levels of education.
