    Nexonia Expenses is an SaaS online expense report system. We're Ajax-based, 100% online & 100% integrated system. Nexonia Expenses has full receipt management, flexible approval processes, personal and corporate redit card integration and an advanced, fast & easy user interface.

    We can also integrate with Accounting/ERP systems. Corporate/personal Visa, MasterCard, AMEX cards are all supported. We have standard integrations with Quickbooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Simply Accounting, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Financials, PDI/Enterprise and JD Edwards. We have custom integrations with many other systems and we build them for new and existing customers at no additional charge.

    Our seamless web services integration is with NetSuite, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Desktop integration is accomplished via the QuickBooks Web Connector (QWC) and setup takes 60 minutes or less. QuickBooks Online integration setup takes 30 minutes or less. NetSuite integration takes 60 minutes or less.
