Information on Guided Demos
- Please note that in most cases, a full version of the product is the preferred review method.
- Nominees are permitted to offer a guided demo to judges, but judges are not required to participate.
- Due to scheduling conflicts and other obligations, most judges will prefer to receive a full version of the product, if feasible, or a self-running online or CD-based demo.
- Guided demos can be no longer than 30 minutes, unless requested by the judge.
- Make sure that your demo shows the capabilities of your product and does not become a sales pitch.
- A good alternative to scheduling a guided demo is to record one and have it available for the judges to view on their own time.
