Dennis Hodges has served as CIO for Inteva Products LLC since September 2007. He led the large-scale technology and IT transition typically associated with start-ups when Inteva Products, formerly the Delphi Interiors and Closures Division, was sold to a private equity firm in March 2008. Since then, Inteva’s IT department has focused on replacing existing technology and SaaS/cloud-based systems have been a key component of that replacement strategy.

Hodges has more than 25 years of IT and Finance experience. Prior to joining Inteva, he served as the global business systems director at Huntsman Corporation. He began his career at Shell Oil in 1985 and held IT and finance positions at several companies, including international assignments for Phillips Petroleum and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company.

Maribel started her career at Motorola holding positions in finance, marketing and global corporate development.

Previously, Ross was Lead Architect for RaboBank and played a key role in developing one of the first large-scale ESB implementations in 2002. He has also worked with NatWest Bank, Credit Suisse and UBS.
Ross founded the open source Mule® project in 2003. Frustrated by integration "donkey work," he set out to create a new platform that emphasized ease of development and re-use of components. He started the Mule project to bring a modern approach, one of assembly, rather than repetitive coding, to developers worldwide.

Mr. McNee is a University of Michigan alumnus, and has completed graduate work in economics at New York University. Since 2001, he has been a Board or Advisory Board member for the Westport Public Library.
